I love Change. I like the excitement, the challenges, the adrenalin when you are trying something for the first time, and I absolutely love learning new things.

It might be a change in software, a change in internal processed, a change in teams or a change in business direction – all can have a significant impact on your business. In modern business it is essential that business owners can adapt to change in order to survive. If they want to succeed they should not only adapt, but embrace and efficiently manage change.

My role is to help businesses identify the need to Change and when to change. It is also to advise them on how to put together their numbers, to understand them and to make a plan. Then during and after the change, monitor and analyse the results. It may be that the change is a Partner retiring, an incorporation or the sale of a business, in which case I am also here to ensure that the right processes happen at the right time and that HMRC are happy but do not get more tax than they should.
